Our rates are competitive and aligned with industry standards, giving you the freedom to define the scope within your budget.

Virtual Assistant (VA) services

Hourly / Daily Rate: £35 / £245

Task-based administrative and back-office support, including document management, systems support, and basic bookkeeping. Best suited to structured, clearly defined tasks.

Online Business Manager (OBM) services

Hourly / Daily Rate: £50 / £350

Strategic and operational support, including process improvement, team coordination, project & change management, SLT involvement, tax queries, and advanced financial tasks.

Mix & Match (VA & OBM) services

Flexible option for one-off tasks or trial work.
Ideal for work that spans admin and operations, such as improving processes, managing systems, supporting projects, or handling financial and compliance-related tasks that benefit from both VA and OBM support.

Monthly retainers

Billed in advance, with a 5% discount for 10+ hours per month or 10% for 30+ hours per month.

Examples:

VA Retainer - 20 hours a month £665 or 40 hours a month £1,260

OBM Retainer - 20 hours a month £950 or 40 hours a month £1,800

Retainer clients benefit from priority scheduling and smoother workflows by earmarking the times of the month where support makes the biggest difference. Unused hours do not roll over after the first month, but retainer adjustments can be discussed as required.

Time management

We use Clockify time-tracking software to ensure complete transparency, and a report is uploaded to each client's portal on a monthly basis. A more detailed or separate report is available for clients who require granularity for rebilling specific services, such as bookkeeping.

Professional commitment

All services provided by Nine Yards are delivered under contract, with agreed response times, core contact hours, and regular check-ins to review priorities and available capacity.

Retainers are billed in advance, with any additional agreed hours billed separately at the end of the month.

Client onboarding is chargeable at the VA hourly rate (regardless of service type), and work cannot commence until all due diligence, privacy, and contractual paperwork has been completed.
