Working together

Find the support structure that works best for your pace, tasks and goals.
Whether you need a few hours of clarity, ongoing project assistance, or targeted operational support, flexible options are available to fit your priorities, workload and budget. Based on the Wiltshire–Somerset border near Westbury, I'm proud to support local businesses and be part of our community — but my services also reach clients right across the UK.
Power Hour Support
Power Hours provide high‑focus, structured support around a single operational or workflow challenge, whether you are putting foundations in place or refining how work moves through an established business. Each 1:1 session is built around one clearly defined question and ends with practical, prioritised recommendations you can implement immediately.
Areas we can explore during a Power Hour include:
Diagnostic Clarity
-
Workflow bottleneck diagnosis
-
Delegation and capacity clarity
-
Systems simplification around a specific problem
-
Priority reset for a defined operational challenge
Knowledge & Guidance
-
Targeted business process training
-
Q&A sessions on a specific operational topic
-
Walkthrough of a defined procedure or system
-
Understanding how something should be structured
Power Hour sessions are charged at £99.
Rather than a few ad-hoc hours, a focused Power Hour can often provide the clarity and direction you need in a single, structured conversation. If you already know you need ongoing support, a monthly retainer with a set number of hours provides continuity and steady progress.
Monthly retainers - billed in advance
Structured, ongoing support with work prioritised within agreed monthly hours. Retainers are designed for businesses that want continuity, professional judgement and dependable delivery without the disruption of fragmented task booking.
A retainer provides reserved access to expertise, helping to keep critical workflows moving consistently, reduce administrative bottlenecks and maintain consistency across core business operations. Clients benefit from predictable availability and the ability to plan work around an agreed support allocation. Discounts are applied for commitments of 20+ and 40+ hours per month.
Ad-hoc Hourly Services
Virtual Assistant (VA): £35 per hour
Task-based administrative and back-office support, including document management, systems assistance, and basic bookkeeping. Best suited to structured, clearly defined tasks.
Hybrid (VA & OBM) services: £45 per hour
Flexible support that combines VA delivery with OBM-level operational thinking. Ideal if you want tasks completed while also starting to refine the processes behind them, without committing immediately to a full OBM retainer. See more
Online Business Manager (OBM): £55 per hour
Strategic and operational support, including process improvement, project coordination, change management, senior-level business operations support and advanced financial workflow tasks.
Household Calm: £35 per hour
Practical administration and coordination support helping maintain order across domestic tasks, appointments, suppliers and home organisation.
Transparency and Professional commitment
Time is tracked using Clockify with summary reports available via client portal access each month. Detailed reports can be provided for clients requiring granular data for rebilling or audit purposes.
All services are delivered under contract with agreed response expectations, core contact hours and regular priority reviews. Retainers are billed in advance, with any additional agreed hours invoiced separately at month end. Client onboarding must be completed before work can commence, including contractual, due diligence and privacy documentation.
