Hybrid VA/OBM support is available on a project, day, or ongoing retainer basis, depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Where the work or your aim is clearly defined, a fixed project quote may be provided; where ongoing support is a better fit, then a day rate may be more appropriate.
Reset Hour - a dedicated opportunity to articulate current challenges and objectives, creating a realistic starting point by turning complex thoughts into an actionable plan. Think of it as a structured 60-minute offload to organise what’s in your head into a realistic picture of how your business is currently working – and what needs to change. 60 mins £75 / 90 mins £105
Process Triage - high‑focus, structured support around an operational or workflow challenge. Each 1:1 session is built around one clearly defined task or question. Typically consists of a robust 30 minute live call questionnaire followed a few days later by a tailored 2-hour session. The aim is to untangle human-to-system workflows, mapping what really happens, and shaping more joined-up ways of working – for example, where tasks fall between roles, or where data isn’t flowing cleanly. £175
Process Triage add on - in addition to the above, you will receive a post-session operational summary including workflow observations, key friction points, identified gaps in ownership or communication, and prioritised recommendations to help shape clearer, more joined-up ways of working. £99
Commercial Oversight and Knowledge Base Build - two pillars that work independently or together, offering flexible support that keeps your business commercially robust and operationally resilient. This includes working with senior leadership, protecting revenue and client relationships, improving processes, and turning business knowledge into usable documentation so the business can run smoothly without you holding everything together. Ad-hoc support starts at £55 per hour.

Starting with a Reset Hour or Process Triage session gets the ball rolling, and we can immediately discuss the next steps along with your budget.
Monthly retainers are available from 15 hours a month. Billed in advance, they are designed for continuity, dependable delivery and consistent progress across core business operations.
Clients on retainer also receive a complimentary fortnightly check-in call (30 minutes) to support quick decisions and keep work moving smoothly.
Virtual Assistant (VA) services: VA-style support is available for structured, clearly defined administrative, financial and back-office tasks, including invoicing, debt management, CRMs and systems support, where that is the right fit. Work is planned to keep everything focused and manageable, and I only work with a small number of clients at this level to ensure consistency and quality.
Ad-hoc VA support is charged at £35 per hour, based on a minimum of 5 hours a month.
Transparency and Professional commitment
Time is tracked using Clockify with summary reports available via client portal access each month. Detailed reports can be provided for clients requiring granular data for rebilling or audit purposes.
All services are delivered under contract with agreed response expectations, core contact hours and regular priority reviews. Retainers are billed in advance, with any additional agreed hours invoiced separately at month end. Client onboarding must be completed before work can commence, including contractual, due diligence and privacy documentation.
